At Kerang Technical High School we have adopted the School Wide Positive Behaviour Support Framework (SWPBS). SWPBS is a school improvement framework. It helps to improve student behavioural, wellbeing, and academic outcomes. It emphasises prevention-focused activities and the efficient use of school resources.

During the 2022 school year the School Wide Positive Behaviour Team and Student Voice Team worked with the Kerang Technical High School staff, students and the wider community to redefine our school values. As a school community we have chosen the values of Respect, Resilience & Responsibility to guide our school.

Building upon these school values as a school community we have developed a common set of beliefs and understandings that have developed into our School Wide Behaviour Matrix. This behaviour matrix outlines the expected behaviours of all staff, students and members of our school community at all times, at the school lockers and in the school ground.
