Schnitzel, chips and gravy!!! Yummo!
Our Year 10 cooking students cooked a total of 70 schnitzel meals for some very keen customers. With only a double period to work with, they needed good time management. They tendered, crumbed and cooked the schnitzels, made the gravy and cooked the chips. They then had to clean up and serve them out to all who had ordered. Great success and well done to everyone of you. It was de-lic-ious!!
